1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Aurora Dune LLC governing access to and use of Ix-It, including the website, web application, mobile application(s), account features, billing features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Authority
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, church, restaurant, nonprofit, property owner, employer, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials;
- You are responsible for activity under your account;
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date;
- You are responsible for invited users and for assigning appropriate permissions;
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create legal, operational, or security risk.
4. Service Description
Ix-It helps users organize and manage homes, properties, business locations, inventory, equipment, vendors, repairs, maintenance tasks, expenses, receipts, documents, and related records. Features may vary by plan and may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds
- Ix-It may offer free, Premium, and Business tiers;
- Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled;
- Payments are processed by Stripe or another third-party payment processor;
- You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges for your selected plan;
- Cancellation generally stops future renewal charges, but fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise;
- We may change plan features or pricing with notice as required by law.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the content, data, files, photos, documents, records, notes, and other materials you upload, enter, or store in the Service (“User Content”). You grant Aurora Dune a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and use User Content solely as necessary to operate, secure, maintain, support, improve, and provide the Service; enforce these Terms; and comply with legal obligations.
You are solely responsible for User Content and for ensuring you have the rights, permissions, and authority needed to upload, store, or share it.
7. Shared Properties, Members, and Permissions
The Service may allow subscribers, owners, or admins to invite household members, employees, contractors, team members, or other collaborators. If you invite users, you are responsible for choosing appropriate access levels. Invited users may view, edit, export, or delete content depending on permissions. Aurora Dune is not responsible for disputes between account owners, organizations, subscribers, members, or invited users regarding access to shared records.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes;
- Upload content you do not have the right to use or share;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service;
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- Upload malware or harmful code;
- Circumvent access controls, subscription limits, or security features;
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service except as permitted by law;
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, threaten, or invade the privacy of others.
9. Sensitive Information and No Professional Advice
Ix-It is an organizational and recordkeeping tool. It is not a law firm, insurance company, accounting firm, property management company, contractor, engineering service, safety inspector, emergency response service, or compliance advisor. Do not rely on Ix-It as a substitute for professional legal, tax, accounting, insurance, maintenance, safety, or emergency advice. You are responsible for determining whether the Service is appropriate for the information you choose to store.
10. Availability and Changes
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, third-party failures, security events, internet disruptions, or other causes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on or integrate with third-party services such as Base44, Stripe, Google Workspace, sign-in providers, and calendar providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Aurora Dune or its licensors and protected by law. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, all rights are reserved.
13. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, feedback, or recommendations, you grant Aurora Dune a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback without compensation or restriction.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay amounts due, or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and may cancel your subscription or request account deletion according to our policies.
15. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. AURORA DUNE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, COMPLETE, OR SUFFICIENT FOR LEGAL, INSURANCE, TAX, SAFETY, MAINTENANCE, OR COMPLIANCE PURPOSES.
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURORA DUNE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, DATA, OR USE; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY SERVICES OR USER CONTENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURORA DUNE’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (1) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AURORA DUNE FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (2) US $50.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aurora Dune and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, User Content, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or violation of another person’s rights.
18. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
19. Changes and Contact
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law. Contact us at:
